Kindling Press is an artist collective and small-press publisher of comics, zines, and TTRPGS, founded by Sam Cheng (@kindlesparkk). We exist to champion queer/BIPOC emerging creators, collaborative art, and character-driven speculative fiction. Kindling Press is based on unceded Gadigal land (Sydney, Australia), but features queer/BIPOC diaspora contributors from all over the world (including the United States, Scotland, Canada, Macedonia, and Hungary.) Ultimately, we’re a group of friends who realised that in order to see ourselves in the kinds of stories and art we wanted in the world, we had to put it out there ourselves.

Shipping Policy

By placing an order with this store, you acknowledge the following:Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, via Auspost. Kindling Press orders are fulfilled by just one person, so please allow 2-5 working days on top of your estimated shipping time for us to get your order packaged and shipped. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation.Domestic Customers: As our comics are thin and soft-cover, small orders are shipped as large letters domestically and will not come with tracking unless selected during checkout. Larger orders (with shipping costs above $10) are shipped as parcels, and will automatically come with tracking.International Customers: Your parcel may be charged VAT, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. Please check with your local/state customs information and find out what charges you may have to pay before ordering. Any additional customs charges will not be included in your shipping costs but will be chargeable to you when the order arrives at your border.Our website calculates international shipping fees automatically, but if you feel the shipping charge is too much or incorrect, please get in touch at [email protected] and we can double-check for you. Please note that shipping internationally from Australia is never cheap! We're looking for options to stock overseas in the US for the future.

Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible if...
- You want to cancel your order before the order has been shipped/processed. Please email [email protected] and alert us as soon as possible. We will issue you a refund after evaluation.
- The package was incorrect or severely damaged upon arrival. Please send your order number and video of the packaging and damaged goods to [email protected]. While we aren't responsible for damages due to mail carrier error, we will do our best to help.
- The package was returned to the sender (and your shipping address was correct).Refunds are NOT eligible if...
